RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags attached. Final-sale items are not eligible. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless an item was damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us through this page and upload clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Please do not send the item back until you receive instructions.
REFUND TIMING
Once your return is delivered and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
