Return & Exchange Policy

Request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have tags. Worn items and items marked Sale or Final Sale at purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges depend on availability. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Original shipping charges are not refunded on standard returns.

Customers pay return shipping on standard returns and exchanges. After we approve your request and email return instructions, purchase and print your own tracked return label. Please do not ship anything before approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, submit a request with your order number. We will reply by email so you can send clear photos. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. We will help make it right without charging you for return shipping.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
