About These Terms
Personal Label Co is operated by Personal LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. These Terms of Service cover use of personallabelco.com and purchases from our online store. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Personal LLC. Please read these terms before ordering. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform.
Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or attempts to interfere with the site or another person’s information.
Products and Prices
Product descriptions, size options, and prices appear on each listing. We aim to show products accurately; screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Please review the size guide before ordering. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
The currency, item prices, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout. Prices may change for future orders. If we discover a material listing or pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer a correction for your approval or cancellation with a refund of any amount paid.
Orders and Payment
Review your items, sizes, colors, and delivery address before completing checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization and our ability to fulfill them. We may decline or cancel an order because payment fails, details cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or an item cannot be supplied. If we cancel after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any related shipping charges.
To request an order change or cancellation, email us promptly with your order number. We will help where possible, but changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain available.
Shipping and International Orders
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Available destinations, shipping services, and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and carrier clearance or handling fees unless explicitly shown as collected at checkout. Payment may be required before delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details. Contact us if a shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged so we can help resolve it.
Returns and Exchanges
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a return or exchange. Please contact us for approval and instructions before sending anything back. The policy does not replace any cancellation, refund, repair, or replacement rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Privacy and Optional Messages
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Email and text marketing subscriptions are optional and are governed by the consent and terms presented at signup. A purchase does not require consent to marketing messages.
SMS / Text Messaging
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Personal LLC, doing business as Personal Label Co, including product news, offers, community event updates, and Melo Money alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our Content and Community Features
Our brand names, artwork, logos, photographs, and other site content belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links for personal use. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
Melo Money hunts and community events have their own published details and participation rules. Buying merchandise does not enroll you in a hunt or guarantee a prize. Permission to use participant photos or videos is handled separately through the applicable consent process.
Site Availability and Third-Party Links
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer protections.
Questions, Disputes, and Updates
Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can work toward a resolution. These terms are governed by Nevada law, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence provide protections that cannot be waived. Nothing here restricts your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
